Flights, flights and more flights

Hello,
Sorry it’s been awhile since my last blog, but I’m back and have some exciting news.
First: The Beverage Academy is almost ready to launch and the schedule of classes should be finalized soon. We will have a link on our site in the next couple of weeks for further details.
Second: We have had such a great response when offering Whisky flights as nightly specials that we are now offering three Bourbon and three Single Malt flights on the menu on a permanent basis. It’s a great way to sample some interesting whiskies you may not have had before. Each flight is 3-1ounce pours with ice and spring water served on the side. My favorites: The “Rye Flight” featuring Rittenhouse, Michters 10 year old and Black Maple Hill 23 year old.
For you Scotch lovers check out the “New World Flight” with Suntory Single Malt “Yamazaki” 18 year from Japan, Penderyn Whiskey from Wales and Compass Box “Oak Cross.”

Cheers for now,

Todd Smith
