Beverage Academy classes
Hello all,
We are working on some new classes for the Beverage Academy. Coming soon,
Scotch Whisky: Whisky Confidential-Learn about the good times and bad times of, “the water of life”.
Cocktails 101: -Learn about cocktail basics, how to make a well prepared cocktail, basic knowledge of spirits, a brief history of the cocktail and much more.
Rum/Rhum: A tasting of different styles of rum/rhum, cocktails from the classics to contemporary and a fantastic history lesson.
Some other possibilities...
The History of Absinthe: Learn the history and along the way sample some of the "green fairy" maybe an Absinthe cocktail or two...
The Complete History of the cocktail: This class would cover the history of the cocktail from the late 1700's to present day. (Possibly a two-part class)
