Happy New Year everyone!
Lots of things happening here at the bar, The Beverage Academy is off to a fantastic start. Current classes include Gin “From bathtubs to the upper class”, Tequila “Spirit of Mexico” and American Whisky “and the art of the Manhattan”. Upcoming classes we are working on include “Rum and tropical cocktails”, “The History of the cocktail”, “Scotch Whiskey” and “The History of Absinthe”. These classes should be ready soon stay tuned for more details…
Our new winter menu is finally finished. We have added some amazing new libations, as well as some extremely rare Bourbons, Scotches, Tequilas, Rums and Absinthes.
So get out of the cold and warm up with a little whiskey...

Very cool. Are you by any chance still serving the Pims Cups I saw mentioned in an email last fall (perhaps sometime in December)?
